OFC, Inc. was founded in 1969 in Seattle, Washington by Cecil Collins, father of current CEO, Darrell Collins, as a construction and construction management company. Eventually, the firm became the leading minority contractor in Seattle, with projects nationwide. Under Darrell’s leadership, our business has evolved and now OFCI is a global events company- providing logistics, transportation, accreditation, volunteer services, venue management, warehousing, demolition, and accommodation. OFCI remains minority-owned and is a graduate of the Small Business Administration 8(a) program.

OFC Incorporated provides logistics, event and destination management services for large scale sporting events, conventions, government projects and disaster response. We have extensive experience in database development, operations, accreditation, warehousing, procurement, transportation, inventory planning, asset tracking, project oversight, project management, accommodation, fiscal controls, security, execution along with venue selection, contracting, preparation and operations.
OFCI has experience solving large-scale disaster-related problems, including transportation, logistics and housing; providing logistics, transportation and event management for political and sporting events and in destination management for Olympic broadcasters, sponsors and partners on the largest of stages, the Olympics.
