Founded Destination Sochi in 2011- the largest destination-event management company in Sochi. Challenges were the limited capacity for virtually everything, constant scrutiny from local officials, and time constraints created by changing needs of customers and shortage of English speakers. Spent 2 1/2 years building a database of solutions for all contingencies and a team of 61 to manage and execute customers’ plans. Previously learned to speak Russian in order to work effectively.
